10 slides giving highlights of A Celebration Society
About The Author
Jonathan Kolber is the author of A Celebration Society. My greatest strength and my greatest weakness is that I live in the land of "could". Fortunately, my wife is that unique individual who simultaneously keeps one foot in the land of should, but the other always firmly in the land of "what's true now". I adore Siberian cats as a breed, and am the proud co-companion to two of them. (One is mentioned in the book as an "original Celebrationist".) I could rave for 15 minutes on the outstanding and unique attributes of the Siberian breed, all of which (except one) are adorable, amusing, or delightful. My favorite SF authors are Heinlein, Peter F. Hamilton, and John Scalzi. I enjoy the Otherworld series by Yasmine Galenorn. I loved the first three (or four) books of The Eye of the World series, and also the last (twelfth), though the ending could have been stronger. I've reimagined how the ending might have gone, on the verge of a Celebration Society. My favorite songs are Tunhuang by Kitaro, Celestial Soda Pop by Ray Lynch, Dancing Birds by Himekami, Tusk by Fleetwood Mac, New World in the Morning by Roger Whittaker, and others I'm forgetting. My personal theme song is "Take the Future" by Foggy.

I would like to correspond with you, but I can’t register. Message is “User registration is currently not allowed.”
I have ideas I might contribute, and postgraduate studies credits for my independent research on “the subject” of “the optimal society.”
Are you open to collaborations?
Best wishes
John,
We appreciate your assistance. This is definitely intended as a collaborative effort, and others have already made improvements including identifying my mistakes.
Where are you studying?
The easiest way to reach me right now is by writing Jonathan.Kolber@gmail.com.
I believe the problem may be that we have a lower version of PHP than is required by Vaultpress, but I don’t know how to upgrade it and am only speculating.
Regarding your ideas, I am looking forward to hearing them, and can bring in others as their expertise may be relevant.
I’m going to copy this and send it to you directly, just in case there is a further problem with communication.
Thanks,
Jonathan
Good afternoon Jonathan, I tried to register myself, but seems like registration is simply closed. If you get in touch with your Webdesigner and explain the issue, it won’t take much ro fix it, I do webdesign as well and this is something I disable or enable at times based on workflow preference and follow up requirements in approving or disapproving registration for broad security reasons/concerns.
Hope this helps.
